The Charlotte Prenatal exists to create community and empower in the world of pregnancy and parenthood.  We provide prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, baby & me yoga, childbirth education, just to name a few.

The Charlotte Prenatal Collective exists to create community and empower in the world of pregnancy and parenthood.

 

We INSPIRE parents to come out of the fog, shine their light, and be bolder in life.

We CREATE COMMUNITY  for parents to feel supported. 

We’re here to EDUCATE & MOVE and do the work required to live big lives.

Our goal is to inspire you every time you land on your mat while providing ease, balance, strength and comfort in your body. We encourage the Charlotte community and offer support so you know you are not alone. We will empower you with education that will help you make informed decisions about your unique pregnancy, birth and life as a parent.

A few of our favorite classes - 

​

Prenatal Yoga - this class celebrates community and strives to make your pregnancy journey as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in your body. Class will start with community followed by meditation and then a slow flow addressing all the concerns of the collective while learning some tips for labor.

​

Postnatal Yoga & Beyond - this class celebrates community and helps with moving your body in the places it needs as you navigate through life as a parent.  Class will start with community followed by meditation and then a slow flow strengthening your core while opening and releasing your body.

​

Baby & Me Yoga - this class you can bring baby with you.  Together you will move your body safely while engaging with baby. Class is very relaxed. Parents, caregivers, moms, nannies are able to feed, change diapers or do what they need.  Class will start with community followed by meditation and then a slow flow strengthening your core while opening and releasing your body.

 

Child Birth Ed - this workshop is for anyone that wants to learn more about childbirth education.  It goes over everything you could ever want to know about having a baby.

MEET THE CLT PRENATAL TEAM

Prenatal Yoga - Postnatal Yoga - Baby & Me Yoga - Childbirth Ed

Our team takes great care in providing a safe comfortable environment for prenatal and postnatal mothers, alongside parents and caregivers.  We hope to bring you joy though the authentic community feel and keep you safe and informed with our extensive training and continued education.

 

The Charlotte Prenatal was created as we  felt the disconnect in our bodies and a support community during this pivotal time in a women's life.  We hope empower parents in the world of pregnancy and parenthood and to help you make informed decisions about your unique pregnancy, birth and life as a parent.

MIA LOVENS

Mia (RYT-500, RPYT) is passionate about helping mamas feel strong, supported, and deeply connected to their changing bodies and growing babies, both prenatal and postpartum. She blends mindful, functional movement, breathwork, and practical tools to support the body and nervous system throughout pregnancy in preparation for labor and motherhood. Mia draws on her background in theology (M.Div) to foster trauma-informed, spiritually grounded spaces rooted in presence, compassion, and love. “I seek to create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, build trust in your body’s wisdom, and feel at home in your body.”

SARAH O'CONNOR

Sarah is a postnatal fitness coach.  She thrives on creating a powerful community in her yoga and fitness classes.  She is RYT, RPYT (Prenatal Yoga Center Certified),  PPCS (PrePostnatal Core Specialist) and PiYo Certified.

JULIE RAUSCHENPLAT

Julie is passionate about reproductive health & justice and improving maternal mortality & morbidity rates. She is a Certified Professional Midwife, RYT, RPYT (Prenatal Yoga Center Certified), Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and a Spinning Babies®Certified Parent Educator.

GABRIELLE RERICHA

Gabrielle is a prenatal yoga instructor, writer of Meditations on Motherhood on Substack, and mom of 3. She seeks to be like an older sister lending a calm yet confident hand to new mothers deepening their connection to their intuition. @gabriellerericha.motherhood
