This classes celebrates community and strives to make your pregnancy or postpartum journey as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in your body. Class will start with community followed by meditation and then a slow flow addressing all the concerns of the collective. ($16-18)

About the event
Space is limited for classes. You must sign up 2 hours prior to class to reserve a spot.
