Baby & Me Yoga
Baby and Me Yoga starts with the connection on the community. It is a very relaxed class. We will use interactive, slow-moving postures, the class is ideal for adults and babies 4 weeks to crawling. Babies can sleep on their yoga mat aka blanket or interact with the yoga flow.
