This class you can bring baby with you. Together you will move your body safely while engaging with baby. Class is very relaxed. Parents, caregivers, moms, nannies are able to feed, change diapers or do what they need. Class will start with community followed by meditation and then a slow flow strengthening your core while opening and releasing your body.
